Both have straps built into the vest so nothing bunches or pulls, plus quick-release buckles and a pull loop, and both come in infant, child and youth sizes. For babies, the Puffer infant flotation aid floats your little one onto their back, supports the head with a 3-piece collar, and has a quick-release buckle for diaper changes.
