Refund policy

Level Six is happy to accept product returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. The returned product must be unused and returned in the original manufacturer packaging with the original product hang tags attached. All products returned will be inspected upon their arrival at Level Six.

All customers outside of Canada, it is your responsibility to pay for shipping back to our US warehouse

Final sale items are discounted 40% or more off

Pro Deal orders cannot be returned

There is a 20% restocking fee to cover import duties, brokerage and handling fees associated with getting the product from our US Warehouse to our CDN Warehouse.
